into believing they are more than a warehouse
some guy bought with your stock share money.

And nothing more than nonsense. These one is at the top of the IP pyramid supplying the latest (best) Li-ion electrode materials. It is in the mining end of the electrode material supply chain, all the way to complete li-ion electrode fabrication. It is only one step away from making its own batteries, and possibly merging, buying, or being bought at a huge premium by one of its larger customers.
