I agree completely with your analysis. They will need a workover rig, but the smaller truck can do that. Put on the production BOP. Pick up small drill pipe. Drill out the cement plug, log and perforate the well. Lay down small drill pipe. Run rod and then swab to production, then put on a jack. Still 2-3 weeks before anything to report. At Least. You can't just pump oil out of the ground without laying the groundwork. Be calm and stay long.
