CYGX sued Bill Waldroff and AVGI and lost. (Actually, they got their butts kicked pretty badly.) Lots of very interesting testimony came out in the proceedings. Some of it is still under consideration and investigation. Shareholder meeting tomorrow offers the posiiblity of a lot of fireworks.
