Has anyone ever seen... Gold Rush... do see how disorganized all of those operations are and they end up making money. A 16 year old is running one of the mines on that show!

The only thing im worried about at this point is the employees stealing gold by sucking it up with a straw and then putting it in their soda cans then bringing it home. This happens on a lot of the mines... let's hope they're tough on security.
