Hey, Jagman, I'm not casting asperions on their character. I think the timing was futile at best, outright stupid likely.

The pumping certainly didn't lead to a good share price. It's likely that the pumpers or others were selling. That 2 million share figure likely expanded. Under Rule 144 you can sell some shares, based on volume, etc.

It doesn't take much selling, as there is no real buying, to tank the stock and this is what happened I believe.

I'm not as concerned about this but bring it up. why? Because if I am going to consider buying big, I'd like to think that management know how to be "shareholder friendly," a factor I believe is even more important than the business plan.

Are they diluting and dumping? The share price tells me that something is going on.
