paunch13, We are still equity holders in FFGO. If there is a massive naked short position and the dividend is distributed as cash, it will be very problematic for those short and for the brokers who allowed IOU's to be deposited into retail accounts. No way for Shorty to cover now. Will we see a mandated cert pull?
