I think the pump was just the few fins. that came out and the report and computations of all the gold potential. It does not have to be an outside promoter it can be fueled by just speculation and hype and IMHO that was the case here. Either way it went up to almost .03 and down to .005 so the charts tell the story. Call it what you want the damage has been done. It was pumped by speculation and dumped when they failed to follow through intentional or not.
