Correction: You invested $17K in FFGO.

But at the instant FFGO was revoked, preventing its stock from ever being able to trade again, all FFGO shares became worthless.

That's a 100% write-off on all FFGO shares. Now you (and all other FFGO shareholders) have $0 in this stock.
