We know for a fact that NSS is not fantasy. We know for a fact that the system is corrupt. We know for a fact that the NSS have been trying for 6 years to bankrupt FFGO without success. Yes FFGO's registration is revoked but we also know for a fact (announced today) that regulators make mistakes a la BCIT
"FINRA did not process the BCIT Energy Source name change.

That is correct and guess what like the infamous clerical error by NASDAQ/FINRA nobody in that organisation seems to know why.

The long and the short of it those amazing people at the SEC revoked a company (Energy Source) that did not exist.

They do not revoke BCIT and there is no legal reason why it should not trade. "

I am not suggesting the revocation of FFGO was an error so please do not think that, rather I am pointing out that FFGO continues to follow the path outlined in the FAQ. As verified by many the state of Wyoming would be the authority as far as FFGO is concerned at this point, the regulators no longer have any authority once the revocation is final.

So we wait according to what we were told for a Super 8K to be filed.
