--- "Regarding the status of the one-for-one ENTI-PTEL Share-Dividend,
I wanted to give a quick Update on that.

--- "Right now, the T/A and Encounter are currently trying to
resolve some paperwork issues. We've actually submitted the
paperwork over five times to the T/A, and we're trying to meet
all their hurdles and requirements.

--- "I know people have Questions about whether the "One-Year Clock"
starts when they RECEIVE THEM or ON THE ORIGINAL ISSUE-DATE.
It's always the Issue-Date, regardless of when they hit
your Brokerage Account. It's all based upon the day/date they
were issued.

--- "As far as "ROAR!", we're going through Beta-Testing
right now, some limited Beta-Testing with it. The main focus
is trying to get this Share-Dividend resolved, so that we can
get that out, and put all our focus back on "ROAR!" and get it
working great, as well as having the Mobile Application working
on BOTH the Android and the iPhone Platforms.
