It's the opcode to set the bank pointer to default. The actual instruction would be Fbank 0. It is a specialized instruction. In order to do a a full statement you would have to have registers filled the use the cmp ops.

Was funny to me that the topic had to do with money (banks)....etc. So I threw it out there.
