Q3 guidance

2004 Q3/Q2 growth in CPG was 21%

Q2 2005 CPG sales were $767m. At same growth this leads to $928m CPG sales in Q3.

A profitable Q3 is in the bag. Guidance is for Q3 growth to exceed seasonal patterns.

Looks rather good going forward.
