Next day or two should tell quite a bit. We'll see how the support holds on this. I think we'll be fine, but these things are called volatile for a reason and traders should have a pre-determined plan to get IN and OUT.

OTC issues Caveat Emptor for nearly all OTC Stocks that make a run and where the company is not well established or pays for promotions. Just check, nearly all of the big money maker OTC/Pennies have had the Caveat Emptor warning. It's just a Pump/Dump warning...which we already know this is.
