Once again they dont mention the stock reissued like the rest gm, abk and two other i was in, they have to let the court know the intent of the stock, the stock exchange gave to dec 29th to get to a buck or face delisting. not for thirty days just get there by that date, do your dd this stock will be left cause of the employees being invested. it would be listed and it isnt. read gm and abk the facts are there.
