You need to add the 16-cent(diluted) and 17-cent(basic) proceeds from discontinued operations, i.e. sale of dairy, to the $0.27(diluted) and $0.29(basic) EPS from continuing operations.

This gives you a projected EPS of $0.43 (diluted) and $0.46 (basic) for FY 2011.
