Wait a minute: Jimthorpe, are you now saying you expect a R/S to lower the OS? Please tell me I miss read your statement. We wouldn't need a reduction in the OS if Gene hadn't sold all those extra shares for below 0.0001. I hope I miss read your post as there is no excuse, now or ever for a R/S in RCCH. Gene can use some of the revenue (assuming the subs have generated revenues) to slowly repurchase the shares he dumped.

Shareholders shouldn't have to suffer for past mistakes made by this management. If you think a R/S is needed, or is coming, you would have to know Gene really screwed us. No amount of words can cover that up.
