In the interest of making this post relevant to the WAMPQ board, I am very much long the P's. Same goes for the Dime Ltw's.

Everybody seems to be hung up on this being a zero-sum game with the Dime Adversary Hearing Ruling.

Don't know if that's the case, but everybody needs to step back and think about this for a minute:

Do you really want a judge to make a ruling based on what outcome suits you best (rather than basing it on the LAW)?

That is akin to having opposing fans "praying to God," asking Him to have your team win.

And it doesn't say/do much for the Rule of Law, when a judge rules on the basis of some arbitrary hopes/wishes of a particular constituency.

Just my 2 cents. I'll go back to lurking for now.
