The Good The Bad The Ugly

My biggest weakness is patience, wanting to see things happen too quickly or get changes in place right away. Not having the patience to let things develop.

Paul Gleason

The Good:

SNEY is not a one trick pony.

There is more to this company than FINANCIALS.

There is Gold in the Pampana river, its’ banks and terraces.

The product is what will eventually result in what we hope are great Financials for fiscal years 2012 and beyond.

The company started dredging operations April 2011 and as expected collected product.

The company collected at 80 tons of black sands concentrate and with 3 grams per ton visible of visible Gold we may have at least 578.8 troy ounces of Gold.

This company did not spring up overnight. They've been around for a least 3 years and as company president Bryan Miller said and I quote:

"It is great to be in operation on the Pampana and to have our testing from the past 2 years begin to bear fruit. We are putting a secure processing facility together near our operations. This is where we bring the recovered concentrates. This is also where we will be setting up our recovery operation which will start up once the operating season is over. In the meantime, we are dedicated to producing as much black sand concentrate as possible during the operating season. We are also working on a land based operating plan to keep operations going during the winter season."

"Management is pleased and excited that dredging operations are really performing better than expected. There is another discreet product coming regularly from the dredging that is different from the REE black sand concentrates that is being tested to determine if there is an added economic benefit to operations. Further details will be available once testing is complete. We are also studying opportunities to expand our rare earth/gold and other technology metals operations in the near term."

The management team including the Directors and Advisory board members have more than 125 years of mining industry experience with junior and mid-tier companies involved in exploration, development and production of precious metals.

Reports indicate recoverable alluvial gold on the Pampana North section (40.1 sq/km) at over 500,000 oz. with average grades of 0.12 ounces per tonne qualifying as superior grade deposits as defined by the US Bureau of Mines.

A recent report prepared by Robert A. Levich, CPG, EurGeol, Director states: “Downstream from Nyinahin, 1.45 million ozs of gold have been produced from the Offin River valley, more than from any other river system in Ghana.

Sunergy Has several former producing mines and numerous Artisan Pits along the Offin River Which will be worked for the 60+% Of the gold left behind by the Artisans.

The Bad:

The financials are not done.

We don’t know the value of product collected last dredging season.

We don’t know how much product collected this dredging season.

The Ugly:

The Financials are not done.

The Financials are not done.

The Financials are not done.

Now that being said the Good clearly outweighs the Bad and the Ugly.
