Hey Guys,
Looks like there could be a recovery here.. Aggressive shorting/selling has really put a damper on this one and a quick upswing. (Not to say that it will not occur, also may be a good loading point for a 2 or 3 week perspective depending on your stratgy). I feel that this stock is a steal at this level, I thought we would be more successful coming in and trying to push the price up after our ugly exit from our last program.

Sometimes things worked as planned, many times they don't though. I will be keeping an eye out over here for a nice Technical Move if the shorters cover and sellers slow, but as of now we need to start screening some new potential clients. So to answer the question we will not be back here anytime in the very short time period.

Also we have the questions for the Ceo, he will be out of town and unreachable for the next week but we will revisit this with him when he circles back around! Continue to PM me any questions that you may want to add to this list here below:

How many set/ confirmed orders from businesses for their product does BMSPF have secured now?

Did the Co or any member of management sell any shares over the past 2 weeks?

Can you please address the share structure issue as in Unlimited Authorized Shares?

Why was this needed?

Will it be addressed?

when do you anticipate breaking ground for Plant 1

when do you think you'll be making the first shipment to LG

what are the capital costs in building Plant #1 will there be a need to issue more shares to offset these costs?

Have you applied for any Government grants?

What is your projected earnings per shares based on the LG contract and assuming you don't issue any more shares to build plant #1

Ask about the Unlimited authorized shares and what the purpose of having such a listing is all about

at somepoint when the company's in a postive cash flow position, and the share price much higher, are you planning on uplisting to a better exchange such as the TSXV?

When do you expect to have the current cease trading order for BC residents as a result of the audit not filed removed?

I've asked Jim on several occasions why he doesn't consider HALTING the stock for an hour or two at the company's request pending a **MAJOR** announcement. For example, the upcoming Ground Breaking PR would be the perfect one to use as a HALT..

I'm certain that the stock would GAP upon opening. I've seen this done before with TSXV companies but I'm not sure if it can be done with OTC companies such as BMSPF.

Perhaps if Jim here's it from you, he just might do it.

- What is the relationship between BMSPF and the work being done at the University of British Columbia?

- What happened to the deal with the Lower Nicola Indian Band?

- With a 30% equity stake being offered in the plants for companies participating in joint ventures, what is the impact on projected margins and what are those companies getting in return for their money?

- What are the terms of the conventional loans?

- Is financing currently in place for construction of Plant 1? 2? 3?

- Can you explain how Mayor Ross was misquoted in the press release about permits taking 30 days when the plant isn't in their municipal boundaries?

- Has the site plan already been completed for Plant 1 along with the design for the wet/dry utilities?

- One of the press releases said that BMSPF will be doing their own logging, but other comments have been made about fiber suppliers. Is BMSPF getting into the logging business?

- Who will oversee construction of each plant?

- My understanding is that there are other companies already producing torrefied wood pellets. How is BMSPF going to keep the competitive edge and are there technological advantages BMSPF will have over the competition?
