POS VNDM has kept this stock down. He is not a Retail Market Maker and has been selling many shares on the ask. He always shows 5,000 on the ask but clearly this isn't the case. When he leaves we move up. Watch him closely. He has been doing this for a couple of weeks now. There are three possibilities here:

1. VNDM is selling shares for MSLP
2. VNDM is selling shares for a Note Holder who is converting
3. VNDM is shorting the stock

BTW - I would lean toward #1 or #2 because I haven't seen any indicators of shorting yet.
