EaglePlains is spinning off Their Yellow
Jacket gold claim as a separate
company to produce a gold mining
company headed by their own people.

I am voting for it.

Voting Day:
December 15th Thursday, 2011.

We get one share of the Yellow Jacket
gold company for every 3-shares of
EaglePlaines.
