The A/S is pretty much maxed out and hasn't been raised yet so how is the new CEO making money off the company?

As long as the A/S remains here we should see return to double 0's with any kind of positive news imo.

That 10M dump was probably someone who got in before last run in the 2 to 3 range and greedily held through run and is now dumping for small profit. Or someone who doesn't have patience and sold for loss to move into something else.

One thing with pinky players is they are an impatient bunch.
