Even if that was the case, I guarantee most of the people invested in the stock are only waiting for it to rise to pennyland and then sell off their shares. Whether they hold for just a penny or dime+, I don't think that the majority of investors are in it for the long haul.

Again I don't smoke, but there are a lot more alcohol related deaths than (marijuana) smoking related deaths in the year, yet alcohol is legal. It's not gonna be long before politicians realize the amount of money that could be brought in to help the country out.
