I never make excuses for anyone. I'm all about spanking (or kicking)the asses of little whiny kids, not making excuses for what a company does or does not do. As I recall SNEY has made no promises. It has released information on what it is trying to do, and it has explained (for any idiot out there, see the difference between an explanation and an excuse) why it has had problems getting the financials out. When I was at West Point and had to answer for a fault I was offered three options: 1. Correct, Sir; 2. Incorrect, Sir; or 3. Correct, Sir. May I explain? Explain - not give an excuse.
