Big Green apparently they do not believe in activist shareholders and feel you have no right to be informed and just take what you get. Seems to me that is the way flippers and traders like it so they can build the story and sell on hype. A true investor prefers in be kept in the loop and have a shareholder friendly company that understand they are a public company and what it entails versus a private company that answers to no one.
