There are a number of people holding large sums of shares in Brazos. One investor I've been in contact with says they invested 50k in Brazos. He's been in direct contact with Sam and Sam takes these large investments seriously. For that reason I do believe he will be more cautious about announcing a new merger candidate.

Is there hope for those holding shares ? Yes

Time frame ? He last indicated he would not make a decision until after the first of the year.

I tried to hook up a real company with Sam a couple months ago. When the president turned to the internet for DD all he got was posts made here on Ihub. After reading the posts, he didn't say no, he just shook his head and laughed. That's one of the reasons I stopped posting on Brazos.

I do think Sam will investigate the next company before he announces any agreement. I think he'll deliver a real company with real value.

I'm answering your questions directly on the board because I know there are others in the same boat you are in and they deserve answers also.
I don't believe in writing off stocks at the end of year. To me that's a "I give up" attitude and Locks in the loss. I've been holding a stock for two years now that doesn't even have a MM. I hang on to it because I know the controlling shareholder will only place a real company on that stock. And even if it turned out to be a worthless company, the stock will still get pumped into penny land.

If you've waited this long, why not wait longer. When I was a younger trader I gave up many times and then regretted it.

The only thing I can give you at this time is my experience as a long time trader and a lot of hope. So what ever you decide, give it a lot of thought and do it with a smile.
