List one ... ONE... believable reason why the "signed settlement" exists only as a figment of someone's imagination. Pierce talks about "reputable"? Shame on her and those who protect her. Why is it hidden from us owners, esp. before a vote on BOD members? Disgusting and completely unprofessional. Today's relatively high stock volume served only to rescue the pps from today's earlier signaled abandonment of hope, ending at the same price. The BOD has failed both to tell the truth and to protect the value of the stock. Bums.
