The filing date is different then when the warrants where exercised, obviously they where exercised today.

I just have yet to see warrants being sold that equates to the price going up unless they state a price much higher then the price at the time of open markets.

We'll see what happens this week, I still say it's wayyyyyy oversold based on the reaction of the delisting.
