It's not that unusual actually to have a brokerage restrict trading on a OTC security. I think that a few posters on this board where this has been their only OTC stock, will understand step by step how a lot of this ends up working. TDA not trading the stock isn't the end of HNSS trading as a ticker, may inhibit volume perhaps. Why they chose to do so is the much more important question, are they in front of other brokerages, or, just a lone case.

Brokerage restrictions come and go on OTC stocks, never a good thing but, never a total disaster either. As long as it just stays with one or two.
