Like another poster just said, these scam ceos just sell when they see no one is buying into their BS. They just start dumping shares so they can get the most for them before everyone else gets trapped and baggholders start dumping. If RIGH was going to run on the r/m news, it would have already done it. Doesn't matter that the POT bis might be great and all, the fact of the matter is the company or the insiders are already started dumping shares today when they saw the news was not perceived well. The dilution will continue as they continue to pump this up, but the chances of a run even to .0010 now are pretty slim. You have prob seen the highs for at least the new few months and as more dilution is sold, it likely will just get worse. If you dont get the run right before
the r/m, chances are its over.

Is there a trade here, yes, but its buying .0003s and selling .0004s. Those who were buying the .0008s and possible even the .0007s are going to have to cost average down to even get out of this even.
