..yeah, it seems last dilution happened in early October based on acc/dist index...also otc records show 450mm O/S 9/30/11, so o/s was diluted by additional 300mm in october --> 750mm+ shares have traded hands that month

leads me to assume that dilution rounds will be held off for several months at least, as those 300mm were absorbed with only about 20mm being traded at 0001

imo we can be in for a bounce !!
