From the looks of it I only see 60,000 dollars total changing hands. MJ retained 30,000 the FBI got half of the money back.
has anyone posting here run a micro cap company, tried to raise money, ever cut a deal. the reason you go public is to raise money or get liquid. the reason you buy stock is to make money or you believe in the project. I don’t have a problem with the cost of money being fifty percent of what was raised I have a problem with the verb age and how the transaction was recorded, MJ did a deal to keep his company and all of your dreams alive. The guys put his balls on the line and everyone would have reaped the reward. Instead of bashing the guy have a modicum of compassion and see if you could possible put yourself in his shoes.
