$(0.022+0.01) = $0.032

($20,000 - $3000[initial pay] - $1000[1st quarter pay]) = $16,000

$20,000/0.032 = 625,000 shares! for $16,000 or $0.0256

So This BOD increases O/S by 625,000/4.5MM = 14%!!! and effectively values the entire company at $130,000!!!

If he sells at 10 cents he will make $50,000, so do not buy any shares of this POS!!

Next Quarter he will Get another 5 to 7% until the original shareholders are diluted outta this thing!!

This company has no interest in shareholder value!!!!Facts do not lie, just the CEO does!!
