It depends, there are two kinds of promotions. The good ones aim to bring more attention to the company and thereby more volume and more regular orders. The bad promotions are ordered by third parties who hold positions in the stock and once the share price gets high enough they dump their stock on the market which hurts the share value.
Let's hope the promotion of APGS is of the goods ones.
