Terry...Based you your PnD claim...The new CEO must not be paying the right PnD advertisers, since I haven't received a single email from any of the MANY stock alert sites I am subscribede to with my stock "junk" email addy for monitoring the PnD tickers (I use another stock email addy for my legit stock information). Furthermore, they haven't been identified by pumpsanddumps.com either. So I'm not really sure these are paid PRs with intent to PnD like you want to make it out to be.

Also, if you look at the disclaimers on any of the PRa...none that I looked at indicated they received compensation as they are required to do. One a couple of the disclamers, they indicate they "may " obtain information from "public information" to include on their site.

Businesses all over the world pay for advertisements to make the public aware and draw in customers. Same goes for drawing in investors. The catch is....Is it used in a legit way to get the word out? Or is it used with intent to defraud? I don't think they are intending to defraud anyone.
