Also, if you look at the disclaimers on any of the PRa...none that I looked at indicated they received compensation as they are required to do. One a couple of the disclamers, they indicate they "may " obtain information from "public information" to include on their site.
Businesses all over the world pay for advertisements to make the public aware and draw in customers. Same goes for drawing in investors. The catch is....Is it used in a legit way to get the word out? Or is it used with intent to defraud? I don't think they are intending to defraud anyone.
