This is the third permiation you are reading. This has been around and around the Mulberry Bush! Somehow went from being dismissed (I think two different times.) to being "Reincarnated" as part of this "Basket Case" you are looking at. Don't you Read SkunK Blog? Evidently not. But he has a multitude of information on a lot of "Issues" that keep being regurgitated. This being one. This started with GERS Sueing the Montana Group for selling them a company they didn't own. Really, if you want to know about this, SkunK has a clearcut history of it all on his Blog. (Free) (You don't even have to sign in!)
