every where you use the term early stage biotech, you can just replace it with pink sheet stock...and yea they do tend to go high and retreat...but how high they go depends on many factors...and when they retrace, they will retrace to some support level...or one can figure out where the fibonacci retracement will likely occur...or some other method...

"It is, therefore, inadvisable to buy too soon after the news while the price is still increasing"

i wasnt advising to buy after news...i was saying i buy when i see that a pop is likely to occur...but yea, i do on occasion buy after news if the move is powerful and volume is great...but then i dont hold it long either...

as for the next paragraph, yes, sometimes stocks go up and sometimes they go down...sometimes you are going to want to hold and sometimes you wont..lol

yes yes...bless those bagholders who i sell to when i dump..

"Buying during a price run up after news (or just before eagerly anticipated news) is always highly risky"

buying any pink sheet at any point is highly risky...

"The best time to buy is when a good bottom has been established"

sure...as long as it doesnt decide to make a second "good bottom"..or a third..

"You make the most money by buying when the fewest other people want to buy"

and thats also when you can lose the most money...sometimes theres a very good reason no one wants to buy that stock..

"The reason, IMHO, that we didn't see an increase after the platform worm announcement"

the reason is that the pr stank to high heaven..it was unclear and could have meant different things to different people...most reasonable investors look at a pr like that from a pink sheet as a huge red flag...they know very well that if kim wanted to say something clearly he could have easily done so...the big brain excuse is hogwash and anyone with any knowledge of the stock market would just laugh at that excuse...
