Any non-shareholders should not get any BVIG at all, no matter if they owned shares before July 16th 2010 or not.
Only those who own shares now should get the BVIG distribution.
I know, Ken had created this 1 for 4 mess, and caused delay to everything.
So, he might as well forget the damnn 1 for 4 idea, and only give whatever he can to all existing shareholders.
That's the point.
