I said I'd bow out and not comment further, but I ask only a question: Is it upon each shareholder to contact Basu and Co. to get the additional compensatory shares should the value go below .01? I'm a CPA and I'm confused as to how this should go even in the best of circumstances. I'm trying to determine my exit point... TIA
