Has FFGO issued any private shares to anybody? That's the only way you will get shares is through a private offering. The public share don't automatically turn into private shares once a company is revoke.

It is their way of saying "We don't owe you anyhing because those public shares are worthless and you have to buy these private shares only if I offer them to you." "And, it is a good thing we don't owe you anything because we would have to go bankrupt because with don't have any money to pay you."
