Such an interesting article, MrMitchell. If it is true, then it is certainly
good news, from the perspective of investors as well as funded
companies.
However, it still needs to be confirmed. The letter was dated the 29th
of November, but there hasn't been any corroboration from any other
source yet. I would have expected some 'news' source to have made
a run of the resignation, if it did indeed exist. Time should tell very
shortly.
One does have to wonder why the resignation now, after all this time,
and with regards to recent news events, like the inability of NIR to work
with dealers, and the event more recently, an attempt to dump notes at
a deep discount. Was Ribotsky not able to get any more management
fees from the NIR group? If not, that was a good reason to resign, if in
fact he has truely resigned.
