Solomon seems like a honest guy. So hopefully he won't do that to the shareholders, at least not for as little as a 20-30% premium. I hope that he will let the other shareholders, as well as himself, reap the rewards.

Here is an example of a CEO who bought out his company for 5 times the earnings (I think).
