You do realize that you are complaining on an internet message board about management? You've been doing so for quite some time and you've proven nobody here can help you with your losses and complaints. If you have issues with management you should really try to talk to them. We aren't management. Otherwise you made the choice to invest, and you have only yourself to blame.
