this reads like a big pile of nothing. so bcit is going to clear its own stock? what brokerage in the usa or europe would touch it? unless the issuer (bcit) owns those 645,000 shares deposited with the dtcc they have no claim to them. if the shares were sold into the market by the issuer and deposited with the dtcc by brokers (participants) dtcc participants need to request their removal and return to the issuer, i don't see that happening.

"DTC's current rules and procedures do not provide for DTC to comply with a withdrawal request from an issuer without also receiving instructions from its participants."

btw it also sounds like after nearly 7 years sir thomas STILL has no real business.
