Very lame to call this stock (& TOFS) a scam. Its not because GNP? is a scam, and went bankrupt on one of its subsidiaries that everything around you is a scam too. In psychology we call that 'projection'... so get over it! And the word "scam" is so excessively over/mis-used that when a stock is in fact a scam people won't believe it anymore because they got immune to seeing it on almost every board...
