I really really need help here guys. Anyone please help me understand this. Ive lost now about 12k in about 12 diff companies. I used to own a bussiness a long time ago so with that mentality I came here to invest in other companies with what little I had left due to retirement plan gone with my current employer who also took away medical benefits. So with that being said dont bother with the "invest only what you can afford"
So with owning a bussiness a long time ago I thought when someone opened one they really were trying to make it work. I think ive learned now that what all these companies do here is get as many people to invest as possible then just take shareholder money and run. I cant even sell my shares for .0001 now in SLLN. How on earth is this legal? How can so many people just keep doing this over and over??? I try to help people in life as much as possible. I try to be a good person, really. But this was such an awful lesson learned here that just wow guys I want to screw people too now. I would have gotten much further in life with no reprocussions. Im even questioning my faith now. I dont even pray anymore because of this. Theres seems to be no point to anything but screwing over your neighbor and drinking martinees in the sun while they lose thier houses, families, all of it.
I really need someone to tell me life is different here. I really need anyone to show me that im wrong. I am so depressed and angry that yet another stock has just ripped me off. I cant even sell my SLLN to cover my scottrade fees.
