Absolutely voting in favor of Dave. The others' hands are clearly seen in this attempt to remove him, untrue statements in latest PR's, withholding terms of settlement, not finalizing agreement as stated several times, the obvious cloak over their actions recently, timing of this effort to remove Dave, and more to say the least. All six figures of my shares will vote to retain Dave. And again I have $10K set aside for any legal effort mobilized to remove the others, get back control and direction for the company.

Dave has spent thousands of his own money (fact) for this company and saved the records that had been abandoned in the other office. Nothing Dave has done IMHO has hindered the company, only protected our interest and tried to keep the company going.

EVERYTHING Turrini and the crew is doing and done lately reeks of corruption, deceit and fraud and desire to cover up what they are trying to do.
