3x$8.00=$24.00 after the real trial that's coming in DC

Uh, you replied pretty quickly to Chiron, sticking with with "optimistic" $24.00 prediction. But you must've missed the questions I asked you at DIMEQ Post 4883.

Can ya help me out with some answers to my questiona? I'm trying to do some research to see where I missed the information regarding "warrants of this type," and their treatment under BK law, and perhaps reassessing my investment in DIMEQ Ltw's.

You know, the type of warrants that had a Universe of Two (2). And where the only other warrant of this type was paid out in CASH, notwithstanding the virtually identical "boilerplate information," initialy mandating settlement/payment in common stock.

So if there are only 2 securities of this type, and one has already been settled in CASH, this should give JMW at least a little bit of guidance as to how "these types of securities" were intended to be settled. At least that's the way I see it, but you might have a better take on this.

Inquiring minds would like to know.

Ps: any information that you could give us as to your persistence in trying to save us from this "bad investment" would really help, as we can take into account any biases that you "might" in deciding why yours is the proper position/analysis with these very complex securities.
