Gee Judge Peck, why do you need to understand the DS?? Unreal. Face it, when it comes to $ and Lehman Brothers, everyone involved is crooked...imo. The system, top to bottom, has been forever corrupted. Always will be so long as 60% of the morons in the USA haven't a clue...except who won American Idol, Biggest Loser....
