Has anybody even entertained the possibility that DIME gets zero?

Yes. The ones swallowing that ooey-gooey stuff that RosenRAT and his crew like to feed to their boyfriends . . . and delude people into thinking that Dime Ltw's are Equity.

I think that they fall under the "anybody" category.

I have no idea if you're full of crap - only you can answer that part of your question - but it would help to know the purpose of your "has anybody even entertained the possibility . . ." question and why you posted it.

But it would help to understand what a FRAUD BR/WGM's several failed POR's have been. Not just because of their conspiracy with the SNHIT's, but because they cannot explain why the Dime Ltw's would fall under Class 21 (above common shares at Class 22), when their FRAUDULENT POR's claim that Ltw's can only be converted into Class 22 commons.

Why the leap-frog ahead of the commons, RATSO?

Not that it matters. Class 21 and Class 22 get bupkis, but they should at least try to keep their FRAUD and their LIES intellectually consistant.

Ps: I hate to mention that Class 21/22 inconsistancy, as it can only give WGM yet more theories on how to screw the Ltw's. I suspect that POR 7.x will now rearrange the deck chairs on the Titanic once again, and tell JMW that Dime Ltw's are Class 21 . . . no wait, Class 18 AT BEST. . . no, wait judge, we were wrong . . . they have to be Class 22 . . . anything but Class 12 . . . any Class that will leave the Ltw's getting fcuk.all.

Wait a minute, Class 23, because "warrants of this type" automatically get wiped out under BK law."

24, do I hear Class 24?
